Shipping Information

How do you ensure safe delivery?

We record the packing and dispatch process, use specialized packing material to avoid damage and ensure our delivery partners carefully handle the package.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately no. Right now, we only ship within Pakistan. You can order from anywhere in Pakistan and we’ll deliver it in a flash.

How might I obtain an estimated date of delivery?

We usually deliver within 48 hours of order placement. You’ll get a packing video and a tracking ID via email and WhatsApp once your parcel is dispatched.

What if I don't receive my parcel within given time?

You can contact AutoGlam.pk’s customer support via WhatsApp or Email for assistance. We’ll take care of everything.

Payment Information

What payments methods are available?

We accept online payments via Bank Transfer, JazzCash, and EasyPaisa. You can also opt for Cash On Delivery (COD).

Can I order any product via COD?

For orders worth more than PKR 5000, we don’t support COD. You’ll have to pay at least 50% in advance to confirm your purchase.

Orders And Returns

How do I return or exchange an item?

You can contact our customer support via WhatsApp or Email to initiate a return or exchange.

Do you accept "change of mind" return?

Unfortunately, we can not entertain return requests with a “change of mind” reason. If the product is defective, not up to the mark, or has quality issues, we’re pleased to initiate an exchange or return.
